You'll have to download and install at least 3 different anti-spyware
programs to purge your system. I recommend the following:

SpywareBlaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/
Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoft.de/
Spybot-S&D http://www.safer-networking.org

After you have cleaned, the spyware off your computer. Make sure you
do a ScanDisk, and then run Disk Defragmenter. Hopefully, after all
that, your computer runs nice and quicker.
