Computer restarts when I ask it to shutdown.

Sorry just thought I would ask if you have a logitech
keyboard using the itouch software ?
this will cause your Win XP system to restart instead of
shutdown.
you need to find the kb article on it I cant seem to
remember how I found it when it happened to me but I know
its there.

Thanks for you response. Unfortunatly I'm using a stadard
ps/2 keyboard and mouse, with no 3rd party software
installed.

Also, if I put the old CPU back in the machine, it shuts
down flawlessly.
