Once I log back in, after my computer restarts from an error, I get "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown." It always happens when I'm away for a little while, so I don't see what happens right before it restarts, but it doesn't matter what programs are open, if any. Please help. I have no idea what to do.
I already did a system restore to before it started happening and changed the settings to allow me to decide what updates should be installed.
