I have a Win 2000 Server running Wonderware InSQL. If the computer is turned on, it will go to the login window and clients can access the SQL database. If I try to login, Windows boots to my desktop and then restarts the computer, begins to startup Windows and restarts the computer, and then goes back to the Windows login screen. All programs in the start-up menu have been removed. Any ideas

Thanks

Aaron

Try Safe Mode, then examine the event log.
