My computer has started to reboot randomly throughout the day. I don't know
why and it doesn't give any warning. I have no viruses on my machine or
anything else that I can see that would be a problem. Any suggestions?

This is typically a hardware issue. Anything in the event logs? The things
that I would try replacing, in order, are:

POwer supply
RAM
Processor
Video card
Computer

Well, there were other computers here at work that were doing the same thing
and there was a register key that they changed on the computer. However,
the person who knew what registry key needed to be changed has left and
didn't tell anyone what it was.

Blaster could cause this ... did you check your Service recovery options?
