Jeff, rather a lot to dig through but it might be spyware that's not
installed properly or just basically crap. Try these links below, sorry it
will take some time and may not be the answer but it's the first place to
start recently as spyware is becoming a real major nuisance.
Can you recall installing anything or visiting anywhere just before this
trouble started?
