Computer reboots when copying from a network folder

I have a very strange problem. I backed some personal data
from a user's machine and stored it on a network drive.
Then I did a clean install on the original system. When I
try to copy the files back over, there is one certain
directory that can not be copied back. The folder is
called "Orginizer" and there are two files in there.
A .bak file and a .org file. Whenever I go into that
folder (which is on the network) the system restarts.
Sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes a couple
minutes. But no matter what, the moment I try to copy the
folder over, the system will reboot. Any ideas/solutions?
