Suddenly my PC has a mind of it's own and logs on to the internet whenever
it wants. I've seen other people with this problem, but never seen a
solution. Anyone have answers??

Questions for your consideration:

Is your virus protection up to date and have you done a
scan recently?

Are you using a dial-up connection and is it set to NEVER
dial a connection?

Are you running a firewall to prevent it from dialing out
whenever it wants? (http://www.zonealarm.com a good one,
free for personal use)

Also check if any spyware etc. in computer. Try SpyBot Seek & Destroy, I
think url was http://security.kolla.de and AdAware from www.lavasoft.de
both programs are free, good and atleast I use them regularly, just incase.
