Do you see any diagnostic messages in the Event Log when this happens?
How current is your spyware and virus protection?

Check for spyware. Use HijackThis, Spybot S&D, and expert advice at
SWI Forums (all free). Complete instructions are available at:

Is ZA installed on the primary workstation? Un install it totally,
following carefully un install procedures from the vendor. ZA is
known for bad behaviour, disabling it is frequently non productive. I
personally used to use ZA long ago, and I experienced system lockups
and reboots periodically.
If you're using ADSL, consider getting a NAT router ($30 - $50) and
disabling ICS on the primary workstation.
