my computer is always freezing up and when i close
something it dosnt go off the screen, i have a hard time

These are virus and/or spyware symptoms. First get a good
anti-virus program and follow their instructions for
installing the program on a (possibly) infected computer
to make sure you don't have a virus.

After you've eliminated the virus (if any) do a Google
search for SpyBot and AdAware (both freeware). Update and
run both programs daily.
