Computer network problem

Here is the Problem:

Recently our DSL modem died. We received a new one from the Telco. Now I
cannot get a dhcp address on a PC on my network.
It worked before the modem died. The replacement is the same type of modem
with the same version of flash. The modem
will give address out to other PCs on the network. Them modem is set up to
give out dhcp addresses.
the network is functioning fine also. The other PCs have no issues. The
modem distrubutes address in the 192.168.254.x range.
The network is Cisco based with 2 2950's. The switchport configs are
correct.

Here is what I tried:
I replaced the network card in the PC. No effect. Switched cables on both
ends of the network drop and used a different network
drop entirely. Switched ports on the switch with a known working port.
Unplugged other PCs in the network. Repaired my
installation of windows XP. Deleted the NIC and reinstalled it.

If this has been discussed before, sorry for the rehash.

Nate
