Using an XP home system, installed spyware, ran program,
scanned drives, found 3 problems, removed one and
quarintened the other. Everything worked as
advertised...BUT
On reboot system locked-up! Luckly was able to get the
desktop back using control/alt/del many times and
immediately restored system. This program really needs
some more work...don't give up, but set a restore point
and be ready to use it.

If the lock up was a result of removal of malware that is now still in place
on your system, due to the system restore, this would be worth
troubleshooting further, I'd think.

Any details? The removal will be logged in cleaner.log in the folder that
Microsoft Antispyware is installed in. Not sure the best way to document or
describe the quarantine items.
