My problem is my computer just restarts its self again
and again with the error message saying.(Windows must
restart because the remote procedure call {RPC} service
terminated unexpectedly) What can i do to solve this
please.

During the boot up process, (before windows starts) hit
f8, select last good known configuration and then enter.

RPC hmm you will have to determine what caused this once
you get into windows
