My computer reboots itself when I am in the middle of a game or online. Sometimes an Error Report appears. Twice I have been able to send this error report to Microsoft. The first time I received a response that it was a hardware issue. The second time I received a response that it was a "driver" causing the problem. (Think we narrowed down the hardware issue.) I do not have the hours available to sit on the phone with Microsoft Tech support. Any idea on how I should find out which driver is causing the problem?

The error report should report the file causing the problem when you click
show details. Check for the same and let us know the file name.
