Our client in Toronto or Markham is looking for Computer Help Desk
Support Representatives to work in a busy call-centre environment.
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical
training, Completion of university Credentials (certificates, licences,
memberships, courses, etc.) : Certified Computer Programmer (CCP),
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ Certification
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer
users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems
experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents
to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to
users in response to identified difficulties, Collect, organize and
maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical
support analysts
Career: Intial contact will be 2 years extended to 5 years. May be a
chance for full time position while being on contract.

for experienced Computer Help Desk Support Representatives to work in a
call-center environment.Successful candidate will possess exceptional
customer service skills,knowledge of Lotus Notes,strong knowledge of
Operating Systems, Windows NT,Windows XP.
