One of our employees has a computer with Office 2007 Suite on it. Everytime
she receives an email, her whole computer freezes up and she cannot do
anything until the message has been fully received. She does not run any
large programs on her computer nor do we use Exchange. Our email uses a pop3
account. When I purchased her computer, I purchased more RAM than she
needed. This never happened on her old computer when she was running Office
2003. We have tried uninstalling our antivirus software to see if this was
the problem and it did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
