For win2000 Prof, how can I get the gptime like in win2003/XP machines
?

If you are referring to my gptime.exe utility then I can tell you that the
information I use to populate that in XP and 2003 is not present in Win2K.
Hence the reason I didn't write one for that platform. You can get
information such as the time that GP was last processed by using the
gpresult utility that is available for Win2K in the Win2K reskit. You could
also figure out how long a Win2k processing cycle took by view the start and
end events that get registered in the application event log.

Thanks. Yes, I am refering to gptime and it is a great tool. :-)

So can I say that the only way to know the W2K GPO processing time is
to
look into the application log? No other ways.

I haven't found any other ways to get that info from Win2k other than the
app log.
