Computer GP does not take effect on some of user

Hi All,

We have a Windows 2003 environment with XP PRO client (SP2). We create
a computer GP that deploy a custom app to specific computer on LAN.
Once user starts up the pc where the custom app located, the GP does
install on that specific computer. However, when the user log in,
he/she cannot see the installed software. 'gpresult' on the machine
does show that the app was deployed successfully.

Any idea(s)?
