My computer freezes when I try to sign into hotmail or pogo. Otherwise it
works fine. Am now having to use Mozilla Firefox to get to my hotmail.
Don't know how I can get back to using Internet Explorer. Please help!!

- Internet Explorer version?
- Windows XP flavor and version (at least service pack level)?
- Have you tried removing all your plugins and installing the latest
versions?
- Quicktime
- Flash
- Shockwave
- Real Player/Real Alternative
- Java Runtime Environment
