Hello,
From two days, I am experiencing computer freezes
randomly. I have noted that this happen when I open
Internet Explorer. The only thing I can do is reset the
computer by pressing the button.
Symptoms are the following:
- Hard disk where O.S. is installed (SCSI) seems working
(make noise)
- The lights of the secondary hard disks (they are on a 5
1/2 box) are blocked, that is, they are on, but there is
not activity on the disks
- No error log about SCSI controller I/O errors neither
SCSI controller itself
The computer has all programs updated (Service Packs,
Internet Explorer, MS Office...), and there is no virus on
it.
No change was made, neither hardware nor software.
Any idea?
