hello

frustrating problem..when i turn off my computer and the
phone happens to ring the computer turns on.
ive tried going to modem,power management tab,and
remove 'tick from the 'allow this device to bring the
computer out of standby' box ,but there was no tick there
so thats not it .
can someone please help .this is so frustrating

Hi,

Try boot into BIOS and disable the wake on modem feature.
