When I start my car it makes a ting-ting sound and then stops. What
caused this problem?

I think the OP is saying that the computer goes straight into the BIOS setup
program and thus, cannot get into Windows.

Hi,
If you mean your computer goes straight into the BIOS setup page
(before even trying to start Windows) then, try looking for something that's
highlighted as soon as the setup page appears. Usually it's a sign of an
error detected by the BIOS such as keyboard error or other hardware and is
accompanied by a 'beep' code. The offending hardware's entry will usually
have an arrow next to it or be highlighted is some way. move the up/down
arrow keys until you are upon it then press [ENTER] to access it. Please
re-post here with some more details.

Thanks.
