computer crashing!!

Right i have rebooted my pc with the disk and every time i
try to do the updates they accept and then when it comes
to reboot my computer gets to the windows page that loads
it up and that is as far as it goes!! it won't open up on
safe mode or anything!! please i need help!! ty!!
