I'am running windows 2000 pro,when i go into hotmail,or facebook my computer
shuts down,why is this? I have tried registery cleaners and repairs,also ran
disc check,but still crashes but only when in hotmail or facebook? Can
someone help me?Please!!!!!

Try turning off shell extensions, restart and try again. Registry cleaners
should always be avoided.
