I had a computer crash. Vista 32 bit. I can only operate in safe mode.

I'm using Windows Mail for my email.

From safe mode I cannot use the export function (reason unknown).

If I copy all the files from my Windows Mail directory, will I be able to
access my messages after I rebuild my OS and reinstall Windows Mail?

Alternatively, I don't know if Safe mode allows you to install a program,
but there is a free backup/restore program that has worked well for me
in the past. See:
