Help!!! I am having a problem, also, with my computer being rendered useless
after the SP2 install. My computer continuously reboots, and all attempts to
boot in all safe modes have been unsuccessful. Can someone help me salvage my
computer??

Thanks
Dennis

Okay, so how do I find out whether I have an AMD 64-bit processor?
I have an HP Pavilion notebook, ZV5000.
