service packs installed, runs smooth . Shut down for the
night, in about 20-30 minutes it will boot up on its own.
Even after disconnecting from network. Any ideas?

Well since it is not Wake On Lan then it has to be something in the
BIOS. YOu need to examine the BIOS settings and see what you can find.
