goto restart,before it restarts,hit delete key this will get you into bios
settings
go to advanced settings,scroll down to boot sequence set cd-rom first,then
hd-o,or hd1,then floppy,then go to save settings,push enter key and restart
with these settings.

that only works for some BIOS's, other use F2(my dell inspiron is like this)
the best way is to check with your computer manufacurer, or mainboard
manufacturer,
