I'm quite sure the cards in my computers were toasted in the storm, so the
comcast service guy used the USB. I'm on that computer now. But my laptop,
that always worked and was not here when the storms hit, now will not work,
that's the computer I wish help with. I downloaded the drivers from Comcast.
