Somehow I am not the Administrator of my computer
anymore. I have tried to change it via the user
accounts. I have two accounts one for administrator and
one for limited user (both in my name). I still can not
access or download certain things. I get the "You do not
have priviledges" message. I am the only one who uses
this computer. PLEASE HELP!

Go to Start/Log Off/Switch User and log back on as administrator and then
delete the other user and continue to log on as adminstrator from then on.
