Hi

I have been asked a question an I don't know how to answer it. The question
is regarding sending and receiving e-mails using the facilities provided by
software.

And the question is how to compress messages on sending and un-compressing
messages on that have been received.

It is part of a course that a fellow collegue is doing.

Can anybody help with this or direct me to info

That functionality can be added by various 3rd party addins and compression
tools. Outlook doesn't have a native way of doing that.
