Hi There,
I remember in Win ME the zip compression/extraction was
integrated in the OS. I updated to win2k pro and this
function is lost. Is there a pacth to get it back or a way
to configurate win2kpro ? ... or no other way than
installing winzip ?

This functionality wasn't included in Win2000. It came in WinXP, though.
Yes, install Winzip.
