Does anyone know how to create a compressed file in
powerpoint? And can you tell me how to add/delete a
single page?

Powerpoint compresses your files automatically when you save the file.

To add a new single page (slide) go to the "insert" menu and choose "new
slide"

To delete a single page (slide) go to the "edit" menu and choose "delete
slide"
