For some reason I can't get windows to open and attach them in Outlook
express to send my files that windows made smaller.

For Example: I have some pics that are 2048 X 1536 Pixels and when I go to
send them windows asks that if I wish to make them smaller for email. I click
yes, the process starts, makes them smaller and then closes. It does not open
a new create mail page in Outlook express
