Hi,
How would I make my banner compress when someone resizes the window. The
banner on this website does it. www.instapundit.com

The banner at www.instapundit.com appears to be 3 images - a
background image, a radiomast on the same background as the background
image , and the banner itself - text on the same background.
The overall effect is that of a resizing image, but it isn't. A
background image fills in the gaps as the page widens.

It's just an illusion, open that web with FP and you'll see exactly how it's
done.
Browse to the web then click on Edit With FP and it will open the web in
FP...just click Cancel when it askes for a password.
