What causes all the broken lines in Outlook? I'm receiving emails where
there appears to be a carriage return at the end of every line.

Also, in OE, you could opt to convert an email to plain text and strip all
the 'crap' out of it and return to an HTML email if desired. How do you do
that in Outlook?

thanks!

In OL2003: tools menu, OPtions, email options, Preferences, tick the box
"read all standard emails in plain text"
