Many Embedded customers have expressed interest in a componentized version
of the Microsoft Fingerprint Reader. A componentized version is available on
the Embedded Test team's blog site-

that this component does not ship with the driver binaries- customers will
still have to download the Fingerprint Reader from
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/DownloadResult.aspx?prod=pf_fr&os=xp&lang=en&driverVersion=DigitalPersona%20Password%20Manager%201.0(after
agreeing to the EULA), and grab the binaries to put in the component's
repository.
