Component Services - specified module could not be found

I am attempting to change the settings for an COM+ Application. When I go to
the Component Services snap-in and double click on Component Services and
then Computers I receive the following error:

An error occurred while processing the last operation.
Error code 8007007E - The specified module could not be found.

From what I can determine this means I have a missing or corrupted dll
somewhere. Any idea on how to determine which dll is causing the problem or
any other corrective steps I can take?
