Component designer "Error while enumerating registered WXPE plug-i

Maybe my previous post title wasn't that interesting so i repost with a new
title....

I am having problem with my componet designer, when i click on the import
tools of the component designer, it pop up a message saying that
"Error while enumerating registered WXPE plug-ins"

anyone has encounter this problem before ?

maybe the MS guys can provide a little bit help help
