thank you. wonderful news (

I thought at worst , just windows repair, but sound like I need clean
install of everything?

If I need clean install instead of windows repair, I might as well buy some
64 bit AV and change the XP 64 bit to my primary operating system. ( I got
drivers, just don't have AV other than ms windows defender B2) I got a
number apps installed there already

I did notice one of the XP pro 32 user account reported office Xp is not
installed or system changed when opening outlook XP. other XP application
have no problem.

I have installed mbsa2 again before seeing this message reply. but it told
me the catalog is damaged or missing so it did not let me know if need any
update.

Well,Clean install is your option and the better one for you, Back up any
Files/folders and Clean install, these kind of error not good sign for a
healthy System to live with and stay without taken actions!.
The debugger can cause a lot of problem with Malware also cn screw up things.
Because the way your softwares are you need a lot of GIGs and RAMs on your
Computer to avoide hungry Apps like Visual STD and other developing software
from filling up your Disk.
As I mentioned Office Xp may damaged or not Properly/completely installed so
for this reason you can see the Error message or my guess is the Office
Micros and Debugger do not like each other for some reason!.

After clean install try to get the Xp updates installed first but not all in
one time as corrpution or damage can accure, then install your Office XP and
other software and reboot after each installation.
