My company has just moved from Lotus Organizer to Outlook 2002 SP-2.
They loved the 'show through' feature of Organizer which shows the
company wide calender behind eveyone's personal calendar. They can
open the company schedule in a new window, but its not the same. Lotus
had the company wide calendar appoinments actually *IN* the personal
calendar, visibly different to the personal appointments and read
only.

Sorry to harp on about another product but is there any way to do this
in Outlook? Any third party products?

Outlook doesn't have such a feature. Third-party products are listed at
