ok i have several issues. We run win xp. on EVERY start-up we get the error
"Could not load the target dll ("C:\Program
Files\BackWeb\BackWebClient\6.2.3.66\Program\BackWeb.dll", error code 126)"

also. i tried downloading several "clean up" type programs. everyone of them
download fine, but dont not run correctly. they all get to a certain point
and shut down. is this a result of the error? or is it a viral problem?

Backweb is used by some OEM PC distributers like HP as a way to update and get on
line for support if the user has a problem and can't get online to get to their
support. Backweb is also:

Sometimes used by Adware/Foistware: BackWeb Client

BackWeb may have came with an Oracle or F-Secure product. It's used for
updates.

Try reinstalling/repairing this application.
