complicated ODBC connection?

I have a SQL Server --> access 2k3 setup operating out of two offices
400+kms apart.

One office grabs all accounting information out of MYOB software over
an ODBC connection, this connection is slow and is updated by a user
clicking a button on a form. The Other office retrieves the same
information but cannot access this ODBC connection (as it takes 20+mins
to update).

How should I approach this situation? I want to:

- Update information out of this MYOB ODBC connection from office #2

Should I use the ODBC connection in office #1, then send the data from
office #1 to office #2? How do i schedule this?
