I want to import a complex text file in xls format. can you help me

Text file shows as :

VCODE DOCNO VNAME/NARRATION AMOUNT

101101 MAX TECHNOLOGIES

101102 DIGITECH COMPUTER

After importing text file in excel sheet, data should be shown as

VCODE VNAME DOCNO NARRATION
AMOUNT
