Complex rule condition using "sent to people or distribution list"

Outlook 2007.

Is there a way to limit this condition to only the CC field? What I'm
aiming at is a rule to move things to a folder if my name is not in the
"To" field, and a particular distribution list that I'm part of is in
the "CC" field (but not the "to" field).

Thanks.

Create a rule that moves everything to the folder and add the "except where
my name is in the To box". Then only messages not sent to you directly will
be moved.
