Please help,
I thought I had experienced minor damage after a power outage. But it seems
as though the surge jumped my old protector and fried my power supply. I
replaced the PS and get no power at all to anything. I thought it might be
the power switch, but I jumped those pins and still got nothing. Please
advise.

jrwalt,

Have you tried swapping your surge protector? Previously mine shut off due
to a power surge, and while it let me run my desk lamp and LCD monitor, my
computer wouldn't power on. A new surge protector did the trick for me, so
maybe that could be your problem, too. I hope that's all it is and that's
it's not a real costly repair such as a new motherboard and cpu for you.

Good luck!
