How or who at microsoft.com has a "repair explorer" utility/software,no such
item...With video/pictures/music files,you're running youre pc/OS at max
sometimes,memory increase &/or better processor will help..Also,set virtual
memory in system properties to "let system manage" click set 2X after....This
will help some
