Compatibility XP prof w/Windows 2000 server/ snap server

Recently poeple working in Office xp using "WORD" loose
connection to our snap server. a typical message is:

"The system detected a possible attempt to comprimise
security. Please ensure that you contact the server that
authenticated you."
