After I talk to a contact that uses yahoo instant messenger afterwhile it
tells me that my message cannot be delivered to the recipient (this is after
some messages go through), while all the messages to a fellow windows live
messenger goes through. And i cannot send files to a person on yahoo.

Greetings,

The Yahoo interoptability is not entirely reliable which is the reason you're seeing this
problem. Shutting down Messenger and then restarting it might be helpful depending on what's
exactly happening.

At this time though, it's just messages that can be sent back and forth, file transfer hasn't
been implemented.

So is there a permanent fix for the interoptability or do I have to keep
signing in and out everytime I experience the problem?
