Hi I downloaded a trial version of Microsoft office 2007 small business, and
started using Outlook. It is good. I would like to buy a MS Office 2007
ultimate, instead of this trial version. If I install this new one, will it
wipe out all the mails of trial version of Outlook.

You'll need to uninstall the trial before installing the retail version if
their different Office packages. If, however, you buy exactly what you're
testing, you can simply activate the trial, since the trial is the full-up
version.
